Refund / Return Policy
All Customers are given the opportunity to check their product at local pickup. Because of that, returns depend on the item and the situation. If anything is unclear, ask before you buy.
General approach
If an item is significantly not as described, we’ll work with you to make it right. That usually means a return, exchange (if possible), or a partial refund depending on the case.
What’s typically not refundable
- Buyer’s remorse (changed mind) after pickup/delivery.
- Normal wear on used items that was visible or described.
- Damage caused after pickup/delivery.
How to request a return
- Send an inquiry with your order/pickup details (or the product link).
- Tell us what’s wrong and include photos if relevant.
- We’ll reply with next steps.
Timing
If there’s an issue, contact us as soon as possible. Waiting too long makes it harder to verify what happened.
